Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Graduate Seminars 2010
Join us for a series of 2-day advanced, graduate level trainings with Neil R. Gumenick assisted by Brian Bender. Refresh your memory and your senses as we cover all aspects of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture practice, with particular emphasis on deepening your sensory skills of smelling, seeing, hearing, feeling, interviewing, pulse taking, and point location – all designed to get to the Causative Factor, choose and find the exact points for which the patient is asking. The seminar will feature new videos of Neil in clinic with a variety of patients.
There will be opportunities for 3 patients to be seen and treated, with three future treatments planned for each patient. If you wish to be seen as a patient and are currently in treatment, we will need a current Preface Sheet from your practitioner.
If you wish to bring a patient, please prepare and bring a preface sheet for each patient. Patients need to have had, at minimum, AE checked and drained, Umbilicus centered, and Akabanis checked and corrected. Patients will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Patient slots are 2:00 and 3:30 PM on Saturday and 2:00 PM on Sunday.
We will welcome questions on any and all aspects of this medicine, including practice building. Come re-experience the magic of being together in this work.
