Refund Policy: The Program's refund policy does not apply to the purchase of books, supplies, or equipment.
All refunds will be made in accordance with the following refund schedule:
a. Applicant cancels within three business days after signing an enrollment agreement and making payment, all monies are refunded except the $150.00 application fee.
b. The Institute of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Inc. finds it necessary to cancel the Program, its only obligation to the student will be to refund all monies paid to The Institute of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Inc.
c. The student withdraws prior to commencing Session 2, all monies paid will be refunded within 30 days receipt of withdrawal by certified letter, less $2745.
d. No refunds will be given after the beginning of Session 2, except in the event that a schedule change by The Institute of Classical Five-Element Acupuncture Inc. forces the withdrawal of the student, in which case the unused tuition will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
e. Any unpaid balance of tuition remains due and payable to The Institute of Classical Five- Element Acupuncture Inc. if the student withdraws or is dismissed after Session 2.
