With nearly 70 participants, this inaugural Symposium, featuring a
stellar cast of senior practitioners, was received with rave reviews
and an overwhelming demand to have another next year!

Original Symposium information including detailed Course Description and Speaker Bios are available below.

Unbelievable! Wonderful! I loved learning from many different "masters" with different styles, personalities, and perspectives. Let's do it every year!

~ Susan Cocke, M.D.

Fantastic. A wonderful coming together. I hope this becomes a yearly event. All of the instructors were equally wonderful. A truly wonderful symposium.

~ Kara Lolley, M.Ac., L. Ac.

I thank you. It is as if a prayer has been answered. This Symposium reminded me that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. For me, each of the individual voices were complete in their own right. The weaving of these individual voices into a whole fabric of nature is the great gift of these three days. I have received a whole. I am a lucky recipient of the wisdom and love arising from such a fabric!

~ Elaine Shiramizu, M.Ac., L. Ac.

There was an incredibly high level of mastery in the teaching of the 5 Element tradition, as well as an infusion of new voices and new artistry. There was also a high level of commitment among the teachers to passing on this tradition to the next generation, thus continuing the journey.

~ Jane Grissmer, M.Ac. (UK), L.Ac., Dipl. Ac.

This was EXACTLY the review this practitioner needed. Thank you for pulling us together in such a beautiful setting and nourishing us.

~ Kristin Andreae, M.Ac., L.Ac.

This event is (was) a must for anyone interested in learning or living in closer harmony with Nature and the medicine within and all around us.

~ David Tucker, MSAOM, L. Ac., LMP

Fabulous symposium...truly an inspiration!

~ Lynn Schwartz, M.Ac., L.Ac.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I deeply appreciate Neil, Eliot, and David putting this together. It felt healing to bring the circle together and experience a "larger" conversation. The people you asked to teach were wonderful.

~ Linda Simons, M.Ac., L.Ac.

The wealth of knowledge of presenters was amazing! I loved the variety of teachers and topics. The environment and tone was warm and non-threatening; great to see and meet other long time CFEA'ers.

~ Randi Savage, M.Ac., L.Ac.

For me, it is imperative to stay connected with the 5 Element community - not only because I am so new to this medicine, but because the reinforcement of the connection is a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from. The number of practitioners in the room with 20 years or more of experience was incredible and equally valuable that each of those practitioners brought their own experience and training with J.R. Worsley and shared that with all of us. I did not know J.R., but feel I have had glimpses of him through the eyes of his students, and that is a huge gift all by itself. Thank you.

~ Mikie Geron, M.Ac., L.Ac.

Great! The Symposium deeply expanded my understanding of Five Element Acupuncture. The open hearted humility of the presenters and the attendees was inspiring.

~ Margaret Olmsted, MSTOM, L.Ac.

As a Masters program student at a pure TCM school, this Symposium delivered a breath of inspiration and a unique perspective that I feel privileged to have received.

~ Jonah K. Larkin, Oriental Medical student
